Versatile Blogger Award

The lovely Dannii of Madame Squirrel. Danni's blog is always fun to read (an excellent combo of clothes, makeup, food & fun!) even if I do get very jealous of her recent holiday photos, so definitely check her out, ok? Good!

Here are my 7 random facts about me:

1. I have 4 tattoos, but they can all be hidden pretty easily ;) Sneaky!

2. I make up songs to my everyday life! A bit like Jess from New Girl but not as good.

3. I took ballet lessons and danced in shows (including the Young Royal Ballet- smug much haha) from 6 - 18 years old!

4. I hate garden strimmers! Ever since the little plastic bit flew off and hit my sister when we were small.

5. I love South Park, this isn't really an amazingly 'random' fact but I don't think enough people (especially girls :P) appreciate the topical stuff they talk about through hilarious humour.

6. I lived and studied in Vancouver for 5 months last year!

7. It's my birthday in less than a month (25th June) and I still haven't made a birthday list, ooops! Actually I might get started on it now...

OOTD- Summer Loving!

*WARNING QUITE A FEW PHOTOS!*

Along with every other blogger and person in the UK I imagine I am definitely loving and appreciating this glorious hot spell we are currently in! Because I have no lectures and only a few shifts at work I have been spending my days at the park, hanging out with friends and reading my kindle no end, pub lunches and general relaxing :)

Today me and the boyf decided to go to Delapre Abbey, which is a Abbey (durr) with woods, gardens, a beautiful lake and a tearoom. We sunbathed by the lake, watching the masses of swans and geese, someone water-boarding and some people swimming in it too (not sure I would!). After we headed through the woods to the tearoom for a drink and a slice of cake- nom nom.

Jewellery Haul!

While my friends were visiting we did a little bit of shopping and I somehow managed to buy masses of jewellery! I think everything I got was in the sale and mostly half price and then I had a 15% student discount on top! Here's they are (but without the student discount prices cos I couldn't be bothered to work that part out haha):

So there you have it! I was really impressed with Dorothy Perkins, but I guess they are owned by the same company as Topshop. For example I'm pretty sure I've seen that cross necklace in Topshop for around £12 and even at full price at DP it was £6! So if you see some jewellery you like in Topshop check out Dorothy Perkins and see if they have it cheaper!

OOTN- Weekend Of Fun!

This past weekend has been uber busy with lots of friends coming up to visit and an amazing end of university party! I lived with Verity for 3 years at university, lived next door to Megan for 2 years and had lectures with Alice. We didn't get home till 6am on Sunday morning and I still feel tired today haha, but I've had such a great weekend and Verity is only going home this eve!

I decided to wear my new playsuit from this post, and I just paired it with white lace ankle socks and my ever faithful vans. Alice styled my hair, I wish I could do it curly :( it looks so cool!

Shopping Spree!

Since I've finished uni I haven't had much to do, so on Tuesday I met a friend for a tasty breakfast at our fave cafe Wolfies (if you are ever in Northampton and in need of a slap up breakfast go there!)

A pretty successful shop if I do say so myself! I am loving my Lush cleanser I have used it everyday! I can believe I used to think Lush only stocked soap and bath bombs! What a mistake-a to make-a!
And I am going to wear my new playsuit to a massive house party tonight, I predict it will be HEAVY! haha :P
